Activity
How to Play
Instruct children to stand in a place where they can’t reach anyone else. Teach
children to sing the following song and encourage them to move as the words of the
song describe. You can also play the track “If You’re Happy and You Know It” on 30
Party Songs for children to sing along with.
Lyrics
You can be creative by adding other verses, such as the following. Ask children to
contribute their ideas too.
You can also substitute different emotions and actions, for example, “If you’re
angry and you know it stomp your feet,” etc.
