Hold the ball in one hand (or two) and make large arm circles with that arm. Go in the other direction. Switch the ball to the other hand and continue with arm circles.
Sit down with your feet flat and your knees up. Hold the ball between your feet. Put your hands on the floor by your side to help balance. While still holding the ball in between your feet, quickly move your feet in close to your body and then straight out in front of you.
Stand up with your feet wide apart. Roll the ball back and forth from one foot to the other. Speed it up!
Hold the ball with two hands. Raise your arms straight up and bring them straight down (in a chopping motion). Continue for several repetitions.
